    Hello,  I have been on Zejula since 2023.  My oncologist has stopped with this PARB and told me I could only be on it for 3 years.  I have had absolutely no side effects and I am still in remission.  Anyone else had the same thing happen to them.  I want to continue taking it and just wanted to know if there is anyone on this Zejula longer than 3 years?

    I was on 100 mg Zejula from September 2022 until September 2025.  I had no side effects.  My oncologist said that the standard is 3 years and there is no evidence that remaining on Zejula longer was beneficial. She feels that the effects of the medication continue beyond the 3 years.  She would not extend the prescription as she believes that the risks outweigh benefits at this point.
