Hi ladies, I am very technically challenged so would appreciate help about how to navigate this group. Specifically how do I direct messages to individuals? 

My intent was to let @Bails59 know that I was thinking of her and hope she was able to get some answers at her appointment this week.

Thanks for asking this question - let's see if I can help :) I'm sure if you're asking the question, someone else is wondering the same thing.

To send a private message, we need to find the 'send message' button and there are three ways to do that. 

1. If you see their username (for example, in a post), you can hover your cursor over their username and it will have a box pop up where you can select "Send message"

2. You can go to their profile page and under their image/photo on the left hand side you should see the "send message' option there as well. 

3. If you can't find the link to their profile page, you'll want to do this: Start by clicking here to go to the English Community Member page. Then search the username you're looking for. When you find it, you can click 'Send message'.
