I completed my 3 years of Niraparib Maintenance last December (following optimal debulking and chemo in 2022) and have appointments with my oncologist/clinic every 3 months--at least for now. I would like to hear what others' experiences are in ongoing monitoring of recurrence. To-date I am NED and am grateful. Every 3 months I have an appointment where my ca125 is assessed and any concerns addressed. I undergo a physical vaginal and rectal exam. A CT scan is not in the cards for now.
While the above is for this year, I am not sure it continues for future years.
Is this what others are experiencing or are informed about?
