    Hi Ladies,

    My name is Katie Lark I am an Ovarian Cancer Previvor and the Chair of the Walk of Hope here in Ottawa. I was diagnosed with the BRCA 1 mutation at 25 years old. I had a double mastectomy at 27 and had my ovaries and fallopian tubes as well as total hysterectomy at 30, I am 36 now.
