  • 1.  Niraparib - Lack of Data

Judith and Brendalee, thank you so much for joining this discussion!  Judith, you have provided a lot of valuable information.  I will respond in the next day or two and add more information about my situation.

Brendalee, are you in Saskatchewan?  I'm so sorry that you were taken off Niraparib and had a recurrence.  The lack of data that can be used to direct treatment is extremely frustrating.  I assume this recurrence is quite recent.  Have you started treatment?  If so, I'm curious to know what it is.  Thanks!

Hi @KrazyKat ... I noticed this recent post you made is not tied to the initial thread you created on this topic. I just wanted you to be aware in case you want to repost on that thread. You can see all threads if you go to the "Discussions" section. I want to make sure you are getting responses to the question you asked of @brendalee and also to help keep the conversation going on the initial thread.

Also as a tip, if you tag someone in your responses, if you put '@' in front on their names it will help to ensure they see your response to them.

    Thanks for this great discussion!

Uhoh..can't remember if I replied to this question.  I had a recurrence last year (Ca125 started going up in March..started chemo July (carboplatin and nabpaklitaxel) finishing the end of November.  I think I have written previously on what I went through, including becoming allergic to carboplatin and so taking my last treatment over a full day.
