Hi @Keepingfaith ... checking in to see how you are doing. You mentioned the rising CA125 despite the clear CT scan. I wanted to see how things are going. I recently had a CA 125 and a week apart the measure went from 18 to 22. Added to that, the day I had the first bloodwork done, I was in a ton of abdominal pain. The second time, the pain was almost 90% reduced and yet the number went up. So the CA 125 really is a troublesome measure. It's so influenced by any inflammation and I truly believe, stress in our system. Yet, it gets into our heads doesn't it?! I remember at the start of my journey my Gyn Onc said she really despised the measure as it's influenced by so many things going on in our bodies, but we tend to fixate on it and it can make us panic so easily. This disease really is a mind mucker isn't it (I wanted to use a different word if you get my drift but respectfully that would not be appropriate on this site 😁). Regardless, I hope you are doing well.
