Thank you, MissERP, for your helpful ideas. I am in Ontario. I know what you mean about full compression pantyhose, one has to be an athlete to get them on and off, plus washroom issues. Some clothing is now too tight with the swelling. It's so limiting.

Here is the link to Ann at the Markham Lymphatic Centre.  My pelvic physio recommended her prior to my surgery, incase I had lymph nodes removed ( thankfully I did not). You may want to do a consult, incase she could help with your swelling.  Brenda

@Faith H now that the nicer weather is here I live in either a sundress or lightweight flowy linen blend pants. I've ditched my bra for the most part too, it's just too constricting and aggravates the llymph nodes in my armpit/side of breast area. Sorry, I have been struggling with typing recently, and autocorrect doesnt always help. The one other thing that I have been doing for my lymphedema is acupuncture. The person I see does TCM acupuncture, and I find when I do that coupled with my lymphatic drainage appointments it helps.
