Hi everyone,

I was trying to search the topic on life insurance and couldn't find anything.  I had life insurance until I was 40, then my husband cancelled it.  I have 25k thru work should something happen to me.  But I am wondering if I should get some life insurance privately so my family has something extra in the event of my death(hopefully in 50 years).  I have seen some companies that will cover us but only for 25-50k due to our diagnosis, with no testing, bloodwork etc.  Do any of you use these companies?  What insurance company do you use that covers us cancer patients?  Is it worth it?  I know it may be expensive.  Thanks

Interesting question @Meinvan ... I haven't taken out any insurance since my diagnosis but I see the company "Cover Direct" on tv quite frequently talking about insurance, with no medicals etc. You may already have spoken to them but in case not, thought I'd mention them.

@Alwayslearning. Thanks.   I know there are a few companies just wondering if one is better than the other and legit?  It can be expensive given our circumstances wonder if it's worth it.
