PMH Teal Sisters
Are there any PMH Teal Sisters participating in the CALM study (Feasibility of CALMin Patients With OvarianCancer)?
I have just been invited to participate!! I probably will…it looks interesting. I was just wondering what your experience has been like?
If anyone else has any thoughts…let me know.

PMH Clinical Trial: CALM for OC patients
As I was researching this, I was thinking of a friend with a different cancer who would get immediate benefit from participating and found that there is another study for "advanced" cancer patients. I've sent him the info and am hoping he will act on it.
Ok. Now I am officially confused. I just found an article that says PMH is offering this intervention as standard of care through their palliative care unit.
I am going to assume they are doing an OC study to see what our unique needs may be.
I am also wondering why I am just hearing about this now. They could (should) have offered it to me at any of my three progressions since I've been a patient at PMH.
Can't wait for the trial coordinator to give me a call…I have lots of questions. 🤔🤣
