Where are all the accountability partners (I was just a sideliner) posts lol.  I just came back from an exercise class -aerobic/weight combo.  My face gets so red when I do stuff these days.  Even when I walk around the lake I get a good flush.  It makes me a bit uneasy.  Also I did some neck stretches at the end and then got really dizzy.  Haven't had that happen before.
I would define this as chemo after effects ...very likely my cardio/heart  has been affected.

    brendalee,

I know, we have been absent for quite a while. Good for you for doing an exercise class. I don't know about your red face, but mine has always been that way when I exert myself. One question: have you been exercising regularly or intermittently? I wonder if your body wasn't used to the exertion, but it will adjust if you keep at it. And of course I may be all wrong on that too. A final thought is consulting a physiotherapist about the dizziness and flushing. I have found them to be very helpful in terms of anything physical.

I just took my blood pressure at the pharmacy and it was 119 over 63 today and has been in that range for a few months. I notice that I am feeling stronger and less tired lately, which I think it might be due to consistent exercise. Hoping so. The blood pressure machine also measures BMI and tells me regularly that I am overweight, lol. I would rather be a bit over than too thin.

I am trying to move my body everyday, if possible. There is no excuse for me about the weather; it is incredibly sunny and warm these days! In fact, weirdly so.

measured my BP when I came home and it was very low.  I guess it goes lower after exercise, but shouldn't be this low.  I would not consider myself that out of shape to get that red and also got dizzy which I haven't experienced before..but if BP was low and then I dropped my head and brought it up it could have caused it.
Today  I bought some electrolyte salts to put in water, which lll take with me to next activity.  I think I wasn't as bad at pickleball last week compared to week before, so we'll see how I feel at it tomorrow.
