On behalf of OVdialogue and the Ovarian Cancer Canada team, I'd like to express our deepest gratitude and appreciation for one of the pillars of our community - @Strongwoman. She has been a constant source of guidance, support, and integrity in this space - as a member, a Community Champion and Moderator. Whether answering questions or maintaining the quality and safety of the community, Strongwoman's impact has been immense and will be lasting. @Strongwoman, your dedication has shaped the tone and culture of this community in ways words can't fully capture. On behalf of all members - thank you for your incredible service, leadership, and heart. Your legacy remains deeply woven into the fabric of this community, and we are so glad to continue to have you part of this community.

Coming from time as a Community Champion, I'd like to welcome @Alwayslearning as our community Moderator. In a space where compassion, trust, and understanding mean everything, @Alwayslearning brings a thoughtful and steady presence. With a deep sense of empathy, respect for each person's unique journey, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive environment, we know Alwayslearning will continue to build and support this community as she steps into this role.

@Strongwoman you were the welcoming voice, the strength and support I needed when I initially joined OVdialogue. You taught me how to be comfortable in my journey, how to be honest with myself and others and importantly how to advocate for myself and others as we fight this fight together. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you have done and continue to do for the Teal Warriors across this site. I hope to be able to live up to the legacy you have created.

OMG! I am at a loss for words! Imagine that 🤣🤣. I wish you could feel the feelings just oozing out of me…they are quite extreme 🤗🥰. We have been through so much together over the last few years! You have always been there for me. I honestly don't know how I would have gotten through my journey without your continued support and love. I know you will still be keeping an eye on us and will continue to contribute. And, please, just pop in and say "hi" every now and again. You are in my thoughts and prayers 🙏. Love you 🥰.

Although, I do not post much, I would like to add my thanks to Strong Woman and Always Learning. I appreciate that Strong Woman has always been warm and welcoming whenever I have posted and I have gained a lot of hope and courage from her posts. Thank you. Also, to Always Learning, thank you for helping me to get the information that I have needed during this journey. For example, helping me to connect with GloHo for information on Clinical trials. I always find your posts, informative and measured and I appreciate that you reach out to members to follow up to see how we are doing when posts are made. Thank you for assuming the job of moderator.
I have found all of the women participating in this group to be very empathetic and supportive.
