Back pain and swollen lymph nodes in back

  • 1.  Back pain and swollen lymph nodes in back

Hi! This is my first posting.  I’m thankful to have this resource. I’ve listened to many of the clips from women describing their experiences and I’ve taken something away from each of them.
i was diagnosed April 24, 2019 with high serous ovarian cancer, stage 4. Three chemo treatments followed by complete hysterectomy and debulking. Then three more chemo treatments. Finished Oct. 1 2019. Dealing with chemo damage and nerve pain. Started taking 300mg gabapentin. Has been helpful.
Three weeks ago started having cramps, abdominal pain and back pain. Watery light brown discharge. These symptoms have been increasing, especially back pain. Oncologist ordered a cat scan. Went for first follow up meeting since October, yesterday. No clumps of cancer showing on scan. I was relieved. Oncologist is concerned that the lymph nodes in small of back (where pain is) have swollen since last scan in October. She has ordered a cat scan in four weeks to monitor nodes.
Oncologist has not seen this before. Has anyone had similar experience? I’d welcome comments and suggestions. Thank you!
