Hi all, I was just wondering what you all do to manage any anxiety you may have as a result of your diagnosis? I find that sometimes my mind goes to dark places and I know that I need to refocus and think more positive. Thanks!
Hi @LISA. Welcome to OVdialogue! You are not alone - many people find they have a lot of anxiety after a cancer diagnosis and sometimes it can become quite debilitating. You are wise to reach out for help to manage it and figure out how not to dwell in those dark places. On the right side of this screen you will see a list of categories. One is called Encouragement and Support. There are several discussions in that category that you may find helpful like Anxiety, Depression, Anything but Cancer etc.
