To Kelly from Helen re: does it get easier? It did for me but I was never terribly ill. I learned to enjoy and be grateful for every year, until I forgot to count them. Diagnosed at 61 I am about to be 75 and cannot believe my blessings. My story up to and into my 3rd recurrence is on a vimeo in Stories from the Community, main page OCC website.
